FINANCIAL POLICY

For Chris Hickerson, D.D.S.

 

We are Providers for the following dental insurance companies:

  • Aetna
  • BC/BS of KS
  • Cigna
  • Guardian
  • MetLife
  • United Concordia

We will gladly file your insurance.  To do so, your dental insurance needs to be provided either over the phone when making your appointment or on our website; “Patient Registration Form”. This will allow us to verify benefits and eligibility prior to your first appointment. Which will help us answer your coverage questions. We cannot be responsible for any portion or entirety that your insurance does not cover.  We will do our best to give you an estimate of any needed dental work, however the final determination will be made by your insurance company once they receive the final claim. Any portion not paid by insurance within 90 days, will become the responsibility of the patient.

Upon arrival of you first appointment you will be asked to show your dental insurance card and photo I.D.

Patients without dental insurance will receive a 10% discount and are expected to pay for all services, in full, at the time of their appointment. Payment may be made with cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover.

Ask about our “HRF” (Hickerson Reduce Fee) program for uninsured patients.

We reserve the right to charge a $50.00 No Show fee or cancellation prior to 48 hours fee.
